I have a six year old daughter who was asked to be a flower girl at my brother's last minute wedding, two weeks before the wedding we found a dress from mygirldress.com and didn't know if we were going to have it in time, we talked to a wonderful sales person who assure me that the dress will arrive within 7-10 business days and advice me what size to order! guess what? it arrived in 5 days and looked better then the picture. Well I have had issues. I have been waiting over 4 weeks for my flower girl dress. Emailed customer service no comment from them and have heard no information. My experience not so good yet. Still waiting.....

I was very disappointed with the service received. I recently ordered a bolero jacket which when received was too small. I emailed customer service within 24 hrs and still 3 mos later have received no response. I will not be recommending this site to anyone

Ordered 10 bridesmaid dresses, sent by email all the data needed. Was charged for the whole amount. One month later having had no delivery of the dresses emailed customer service, they said my order was cancelled because they had no reception of my personal details and that no charge was made to the credit card. My credit card was charged the whole amount! Have had no replpy by Mygirldress on the charge or any explanation. Have had to report the theft and thus fraud to the police.
You may well now imagine what I think of this company.

I just wish shipping and handling was a lot less for the dress. Also, they listed the dress as being "Ivory (yellowish)" and I did not find the dress to be yeloowish at all. I was quite hesitant on purchasing it because of it saying "yellowish". My flowergirl and I both loved the look of the dress. I do wish they carried brown tuxes. I had to buy the ring bearer tux elsewhere. However, paired up with the flowergirl dress, it looks fantastic!

I could have paid much more (and almost did) at Nordstrom for my daughter's flower girl dress and shoes. The dress is beautiful, and it arrived quickly. My daughter loves it. Thanks!

What I found was beautiful dresses at better than SPECTACULAR pricing!!!! The dress I ended up choosing was better looking than some of the dresses I had seen at the higher end stores. The dress that I ordered is beautiful and came packaged so nicely! I would definitely recommend this site (actually I did!) and I would order from here again!

I will begin by letting you know that I chose to use mygirldress.com over another website distributer (who was selling the same dress for about $20. cheaper) for two reasons: your Better Business Bureau rating and because the customer service officer was so helpful on the telephone.
