  I could have paid much more (and almost did) at Nordstrom for my daughter’s flower girl dress and shoes.

  I was very happy with the customer service I received. They always answered the phone if I called with a question.

  The dress shipped out pretty fast. I just wish shipping and handling was a lot less for the dress. Also, they listed the dress as being “Ivory (yellowish)” and I did not find the dress to be yeloowish at all. I was quite hesitant on purchasing it because of it saying “yellowish”. My flowergirl and I both loved the look of the dress.

  I do wish they carried brown tuxes. I had to buy the ring bearer tux elsewhere. However, paired up with the flowergirl dress, it looks fantastic!

  I ordered flower girl dresses and sashes and jackets IN SPITE of some bad customer service reviews I had read online posted about 1-2 years ago.

  There were 2 shipping errors with sizes, BUT Elsie, the Sales Manager at mygirldress.com was very helpful.

  She made sure I got the correct sizes ASAP and I did with plenty of time to make any needed alterations. I would definitely order again from this website; whether for First Communion or other.

  I was looking on the web for a dress for my daughter’s first communion and was having serious sticker shock.

  I ended up on this website from Google. What I found was beautiful dresses at better than SPECTACULAR pricing!!!! The dress I ended up choosing was better looking than some of the dresses I had seen at the higher end stores.

  It is simply beautiful!!! This is a quality dress without the heavy price tag!!! We will be back again for other special occasions!!

  I have a six year old daughter who was asked to be a flower girl at my brother’s last minute wedding, two weeks before the wedding we found a dress from mygirldress.com and didn’t know if we were going to have it in time, we talked to a wonderful sales person who assure me that the dress will arrive within 7-10 business days and advice me what size to order! guess what? it arrived in 5 days and looked better then the picture.

  We ordered 2 flower girl dress for a upcoming wedding. I received both dresses and the sizing was not accurate with what is noted for the dress sizing. My girls are tiny for there ages and I went according to the size chart and they are way small on my 5 yr old. They are very well made tho. I am reordering in a different size hoping it would fit. I am going to try and sell the ones that don’t fit because of the restocking fee and shipping charges. I also found an outfit for my daughters ice skating solo for the holidays coming up. I REALLY hope it fits!!

  Aside from the sizing issue, they were fast on mailing the dresses out and the quality of how the dresses are make are excellent.

  Mygirldress.com is probably the most professional business I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I was a given a courtesy call by one of the customer staff members informing me that the dress I ordered was not exactly the same as the one displayed on their website. I was informed that the embroidery, instead of being burgundy as displayed, was actually pink. They gave me the option of cancelling my order and being issued a full refund. The dress did arrive and was of course absolutely stunning. My daughter feels like a princess and will look absolutely beautiful in her new Christmas dress. I will continue to shop this website for future dresses and supplies. Nice selection of infant boys tuxes.

  I would really like to believe the positive comments I read here on your blog, but I can’t feel confident ordering from you when you say you answer questions within 48 hours and don’t return emails or calls in over a week. At this point it’s getting pretty late for April 26 First Communion and I thought I was allowing plenty of time contacting you on April 1. You should have answered by the 5th at the very latest. I would have ordered that same day and would have had the dress easily by the 24th. But here it is April 9th and I’m still waiting…
